[Lord of the Flies Trailer]

I feel like you missed the meaning of the book...

if it's for you english class, you might have wanted to you know express the theme a little better, even one of the shallower ones about basic instincts would of worked. But you didn't so here i get to leave a review about how you made me want to see your full interpretation of the book, o well...

graphically not the best, character design was good, just the lack of shading made it feel very for lack of a better word flat. other then good job 7/10 4/5

Yeah, I know I came off as if I didn't really grasp the concept of the book, but I promise you I do. The Trailer was supposed to be a "movie" trailer, and as such was just an interpretation of the book by some random director.
Unfortunately, movies in this day and age are more centered around violence, suspence, and action; plots that are just slash'em'up gore with little to no meaningful themes beneath them fly well with people.
I'll work up the shading in the next Flash, though, and thanks for your comments. <3

[Punt a Penguin]

didn't like the obvious rotoscope parts but...

i won't get on your case... yes i will.... compromise just a little.

honestly i feel although time consuming and boring anyone can rotoscope, and it takes away from the style of the animation, except in things like play where it is the base idea, and is centered around it.

other than that good job, message was a little weak but it's for NG so deep meaning will be lost here. I also feel that the only kind of endangered animals with support groups are the visually appealing ones, won't find to many for the endangered species of tape worm (not that i'm upset about that).

you made punting the penguin look to fun... and as if the penguin enjoyed it's little ride.

other then that good movie, i'll give you the 5 maybe get a last minute front page

Who cares if it's rotoscoping, that takes for bloody ever, i did a 10 frame kick once, and i was screaming in agony, but i have the patience of a 2 year old on speed so, i don't blame myself, i blame genetics.

if i was top 2000 i'd put this at #1

p.s when you made this did you know about blue man and/or stomp, very similiar.

Quite honestly this flash lacks the draw in factor. While the graphics were definetly high quality, the story line was lacking, and since it was based of DOA unoriginal.

The reviews are the funniest part

well i decided to read some reviews on how people would take this, the first well thought out one was around page 4 and STILL gave you a 10 (i believe it was by nikku) now what she said isn't entirely true, it's very pesemistic (sorry for the spelling) and at some point is almost conspiracy freak. But what i'm really pissed about is some other mid to high class anglo people saying that the only reason anyone would be in the hood is poor life choices, NOW WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ABOUT. People who are not well off don't have half the oppurtunities many higher class people do. When i see people writing shit about how if your not well off your making a poor life choice, man it boils my blood to how blind they are of how the world works. Someone in Kenya does not have the same oppurtunites to live the kind of life style we have become accustomed to. With that being said motivation luck and alot of will can boost you up to a better living style. (anectdote time)

My dad was the oldest of 9 kids, living on a combined salery of 60grand a year. an average house of a family of fours monthly expenses are 2100 a month, so this would be 6,300 dollars a month for them. And that's not factoring a house for how large a house a family that size would need. Every single child shared 1 room, that was basically just one big old bed. Now to make matters worse, his mom died when he was 14, and for financial troubles left to live at his highschool (it was not a boarding school,he slept in an unused classroom) After all that, he pushed his family into an upper/middleclass range, and currently works 14 hours a day to sustain that.

BTW i've seen no1 accuse this as racism

and ya i hate anglo kids acting african-american (i being the white kid lol)

well your animation is good

nice 3d cell shading or raytracing or w/e you did on the characters. but please get a new writer, if your writing you own material find a friend who is funny to do it. the jokes were like jester comedy (pie in face) just not funny anymore. great effort though put some more time in writing you material and you'll do fine

i've definetly seen this before... how long ago was it released? great movie other wise,m i might of seen it last night and just forgot that i saw it then, well great movie exceleent sprites and i can't wait to see the conclusion

[Grand Theft Clay]

wasn't a bad claymation, but wasn't knox style.

What I liked:
the fact u didn't rip of knox's voices+characters+humor
the character design was good
the overall feel of the video

what i didn't like:
through some parts it was completely silent,
some scenes it got really jumpy
the voice acting kinda sucked, but wasn't to bad

gave 5/5:9/10

the graphics although not outstanding, fit the piece perfectly hence the 10
the style remained constant and never lost it's flavor hence the 10
the sound really tied in with the piece, kudos to you for that, it's tough to do
violence, he got crushed with a tree =P
